Sports Injuries – Ligament strains, impact injuries, or overuse from running, lifting, or sports.

Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome – Irritation behind the kneecap from tracking issues or overload.

Patellar Tendinitis (Jumper’s Knee) – Overuse inflammation of the tendon below the kneecap.

Meniscus Tear – Damage to the knee’s cartilage cushion from twisting or heavy loading.
